Our client is looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead significant architectural ventures from inception to completion in their Manchester office. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring design integrity, managing project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from initial client brief through to final handover.
- Lead design teams, delegate tasks, and ensure effective project coordination.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the production of detailed construction information and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant planning, building, and health and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Project Architect (RIBA Part III or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in managing diverse architectural projects.
- Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and project procurement routes.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent client-facing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisive project management decisions.
