Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from initial client brief through to final handover.
• Lead design teams, delegate tasks, and ensure effective project coordination.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the production of detailed construction information and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant planning, building, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Project Architect (RIBA Part III or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in managing diverse architectural projects.
• Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and project procurement routes.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent client-facing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive project management decisions.
