There’s a lot of variety here, you’ll be managing day-to-day project logistics, keeping documentation sharp, and making sure key milestones are met. You’ll need to be someone who’s happy juggling multiple priorities, confident gathering and organising audit documentation, and comfortable working across departments.

• Experience supporting multiple projects at once, ideally within operations or audit.
• You’re someone who hits deadlines.
• Confident producing reports, tracking project status, and keeping documentation up to date.
• Able to spot potential risks or delays before they become a problem.
• Comfortable in a role that involves regular cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail, especially around compliance, documentation, and process.
• A natural problem-solver who stays focused when things get busy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the coordination and delivery of operational and audit-related projects.
• Maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and key documentation.
• Preparing audit reports, tracking findings, and supporting corrective action plans.
• Assisting with budget tracking and ensuring work stays within scope.
• Running project meetings and workshops—owning the agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Providing consistent, clear reporting to the Senior Operations & Project Manager and wider teams.
• Helping improve internal processes and policies for smoother delivery and audit readiness.
