Project Coordinator | Poole | £30,000 per annum

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and coordinating window and door installations from start to finish
Booking installation and remedial visits with the installation team
Managing installation team diaries to optimise travel and time efficiency
Arranging and coordinating the parts needed for installations and visits
Maintaining regular contact with customers by phone and email throughout their project
Resolving customer enquiries and issues promptly and professionally
As a Project Coordinator, your experience will include:
Experience in a customer service or coordination role
Previous experience managing schedules, bookings, or team coordination would be an advantage
Experience within construction, glazing, or the home improvement industry would be advantageous
Excellent telephone and email etiquette with a professional, solutions-focused approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
