The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the projects team Scheduling engineers and assisting with project planning Preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate records Assisting with compliance paperwork and site mobilisation Raising purchase orders and supporting with invoicing and project administration Liaising with engineers, suppliers and clients to ensure projects remain on track Keeping project files, spreadsheets and reports up to dateWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Coordination or Scheduling Construction, HVAC, M&E or Building Services experience is beneficial but not essential Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and developThe Package The successful Project Administrator will receive:
