We are working with a highly successful and growing strategic consulting firm within the life sciences and biopharma sector who are looking for a bright, ambitious and highly organised Project Coordinator to join their London team. Operating globally across Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Market Access, Strategic Advisory and Real World Evidence, the business works with leading clients across the biopharma industry and has built an excellent reputation for innovation, insight and exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business. The Project Coordinator will have company-wide visibility and work closely with Project Managers, Consultants and Business Analysts across international offices including London, Europe, the US and Canada.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the administration of consulting projects from initial proposal through to invoicing.
- Drafting and managing Statements of Work, NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, RFIs and RFPs.
- Managing project milestones, deliverables, financial information and purchase orders.
- Acting as a key point of contact between consulting teams, Finance and senior management.
- Managing project management systems and ensuring project information, budgets and timelines remain accurate.
- Tracking business development leads, proposals, pitches and account activity.
- Supporting the preparation and coordination of client pitches and proposals.
- Maintaining company-wide reporting across revenue, proposals won/lost and commercial targets.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and quarterly financial review materials.
- Supporting resourcing across projects when required.
- Managing vendor onboarding and client portals.
- Monitoring internal processes and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Supporting GDPR, compliance and confidentiality processes.
- Managing company software and providing training to colleagues where required.
- Assisting with wider administrative and operational projects across the business.
The person:
- A Bachelor's degree, ideally within Law, Business, International Business or a related discipline.
- Previous administrative, project coordination or operational experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to suggest improvements rather than simply follow existing processes.
