The Opportunity

As Project Director, you'll take full ownership of major construction schemes from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll lead experienced project teams, manage key client relationships, oversee commercial performance, and drive a culture of excellence across every stage of delivery.

What You'll Be Responsible For

✅ Leading multiple project teams through successful project delivery

✅ Taking ownership of operational, commercial and financial performance

✅ Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners

✅ Driving programme certainty, cost control and risk management

✅ Championing Health & Safety, quality and sustainability standards

✅ Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

✅ Developing, mentoring and inspiring the next generation of construction leaders

What We're Looking For

You are an established construction leader with a proven track record of delivering projects for a main contractor environment.

You'll bring:

• Strong operational and commercial expertise
