Job Description
I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Director, to lead on a £80 Million, new build project. A good understanding of the whole build process from groundworks, Frame, Façade and Fit Out, will be essential. You would oversee this as no1 on site, and take the project from demo, through to handover, while managing a team of Assistants and Senior Managers.
This is a great opportunity to join an established business, with a strong pipeline of work and a great reputation of promoting from within.
Responsibilities for Project Director
- Working on a flagship project for a tier one Main Contractor.
- Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
- Oversee the scheme as No1 on site
- Manage commercial and technical aspects.
Requirements for Project Director
- A PD who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
- Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
- Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
