About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Project Director to lead significant construction and development initiatives in Belfast . You will be responsible for overall project strategy, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overarching project strategies, aligning with organisational goals and client requirements.
• Oversee all phases of major construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Manage and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, and community groups.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior project management or directorship roles within the construction industry, managing projects of significant scale and complexity.
