Overview
Project Engineer - HS2
Location: Aylesbury

Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering delivery across complex earthworks packages, ensuring technical compliance, buildability, and efficient sequencing.
- Manage engineering documentation, QA, and technical assurance.
- Review designs, temporary works, and method statements.
- Lead inspections and ensure compliance with HS2 standards.
- Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and client teams.
- Support programme development, risk management, and reporting.
- Provide technical guidance to Site Engineers.
Qualifications
- Strong civil engineering background on major civils projects.
- Experience managing engineering delivery for earthworks or structures.
- Solid understanding of temporary works and geotechnical interfaces.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
