BAM is seeking an experienced Project Health & Safety Manager to lead the HSW function on the TransPennine Route Upgrade (TRU), one of the UK's largest rail infrastructure programmes. This is a key leadership role focused on creating a strong safety culture where everyone goes home safe every day.

Working closely with the Project Director, Senior Leadership Team and operational teams, you will lead a team of HSW professionals, driving effective risk management, continual improvement and best practice across the project. You will play a central role in ensuring the safe, sustainable and successful delivery of this major rail enhancement programme.

As part of the project leadership team, you will build strong relationships with clients, partners, contractors, designers and supply chain organisations, promoting a collaborative approach to health, safety and wellbeing. You will also contribute to BAM's wider HSW community, sharing learning, supporting strategic initiatives and helping to raise standards across the business. xwwtmva
