Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources for software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Work closely with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking the progress of development teams.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases, meeting project objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on Agile software development .
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMP are highly valued.
