Project Manager - Bridge Restoration & Structural Repairs Worcester / Midlands, with an initial project in Newport, South Wales £70,000–£80,000 per annum, depending on experience + company car or car allowance Permanent

Take responsibility for specialist infrastructure projects that extend the working life of bridges and structures.

We are recruiting a Project Manager for a specialist contractor’s major projects team. The initial assignment involves approximately 12 months of bridge restoration work in Newport, including blasting and painting. Travel and working away will form part of the role.

The role

• Lead project delivery, controlling programme, cost, quality and safety.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
• Oversee delivery planning, resources, risks and change.
• Maintain technical and temporary works compliance.

About you

You will have project management experience in concrete and steel repairs, with exposure to blasting and painting works. A relevant technical qualification, sound CDM knowledge and experience managing safe systems of work are required.
