About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Capital Projects to join their team in Nottingham . This vital role involves managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and internal teams, driving successful outcomes in a dynamic environment with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects , including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead and coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular progress reports and addressing concerns proactively.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project disruptions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in capital projects, construction, or infrastructure development.
