Job Description
A well-established property and construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work across a varied portfolio of property and development projects while building strong client relationships and progressing within a respected consultancy environment.
The Project Manager will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of commissions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing programme, risk, reporting, and stakeholder expectations. The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative team with a strong pipeline of work across London and the wider South East.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will lead construction and property projects through both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, procurement, consultant coordination, contract administration, risk management, change control, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement. They will chair meetings, monitor contractor performance, coordinate project information, and ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
The Project Manager will also maintain strong client relationships and provide clear professional advice throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful Project Manager will have:
Prior experience working within a construction consultancy Experience delivering property and construction projects A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or progress towards a relevant professional qualification Good knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
