You will manage project teams, liaise with contractors and clients, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and design through to execution and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Appoint and manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to contract terms and performance standards.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance and address any issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management software relevant to the construction sector.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIOB, RICS) are advantageous.
