Project Manager - Construction

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in the Construction industry to oversee significant building projects in Glasgow . This role requires a leader capable of managing all aspects of the construction lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to execution, handover, and close-out. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing stakeholder relationships and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Requirements
