Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Manage project finances, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, providing regular project updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management .
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
