About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical paths associated with digital initiatives .

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on digital transformation or related technology projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with cloud technologies, data analytics, and modern software development practices is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively without direct supervision.
