About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for their operations in Portsmouth . Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from strategy and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams comprising IT, marketing, operations, and customer service professionals.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on digital transformation or related technology projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing projects using iterative approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and third-party vendors effectively.
• A degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a significant advantage.
• Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.
