About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative Project Manager to lead critical digital transformation initiatives within their business operations in Bradford, West Yorkshire . This role is key to modernizing systems, improving customer experience, and driving efficiency through technology adoption. You will work closely with business leaders and IT teams to define strategies, manage project execution, and ensure the successful integration of new digital solutions across the organization, embracing a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from strategic planning and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support in Bradford .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets for digital initiatives.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (6+ years) as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on digital transformation or related IT projects.
