About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in engineering to join their team in Derby, Derbyshire . This role involves leading engineering projects from concept through to successful completion, ensuring all technical requirements are met, deadlines are adhered to, and budgets are managed effectively. You will collaborate with a team of highly skilled engineers and technical specialists, driving innovation and delivering exceptional results within a dynamic industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects in accordance with project plans and company standards.
• Coordinate and lead engineering project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities and fostering effective collaboration.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for engineering initiatives in Derby .
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges and issues.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are managed.

Requirements
