About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for engineering initiatives, from initial scoping to final delivery and review.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations.
• Coordinate the activities of engineering teams, designers, and external suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant engineering standards, quality control measures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Communicate project status and key decisions effectively to stakeholders, including management and technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles and processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and CAD tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
