Задачи

Manage multiple planned works projects across West London; Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets; Build strong client and resident relationships; Monitor project performance, budgets, and delivery milestones; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements; Drive customer satisfaction and operational performance; Deliver Kitchen & Bathroom programmes, EICR and electrical improvement works, structural repairs and refurbishment projects, planned maintenance frameworks, and SHF and retrofit programmes; Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Требования

Experience delivering social housing planned works projects; Background in K&B, EICR, structural repairs, planned maintenance, or retrofit programmes; Strong leadership, organisation, and stakeholder management skills; Commercial awareness and programme management experience; Full UK Driving Licence; Nice to have: SHF / retrofit experience, SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card, social housing contractor experience.
