Project Manager – Housing & Regeneration Projects (London/Kent)

Construction Professionals Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager / Employer's Agent based in London/Kent to lead projects from inception to completion for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Developers. The successful candidate will act as the primary client contact within a small, dynamic London-based team.

You will travel within the South/South East region and manage pre- and post‑contract activities, ensuring QA, programmes and cashflow reporting align with contract requirements.
