Project Manager - Infrastructure

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee vital infrastructure projects in Liverpool . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of project team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing new infrastructure that supports the region's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, such as utilities, transport, or major construction.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
