About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic and accomplished Project Manager to lead significant construction projects in the Leeds area. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction sector, managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
• Ability to balance remote work with essential site visits in and around Leeds .
