Project Manager - Renewable Energy Initiatives

About the Role

Our client seeks a dedicated Project Manager to lead exciting projects within the renewable energy sector in Glasgow . You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and planning to execution and commissioning of renewable energy installations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of renewable energy projects, including site assessment, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee risk management, quality control, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and financial performance.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant environmental regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, effectively balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field is required.
