Project Manager - Software Development

You will manage the full project lifecycle, working closely with development teams, designers, and product owners to translate client needs into functional, high-quality products. Key Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from conception through to deployment and support.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective communication among all project team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management , specifically within software development environments.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
