Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for urban development projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.

- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Ensure all projects comply with planning regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a focus on urban planning, construction, or property development.
- Strong understanding of planning laws, building regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
