Location: Poultry, City of London Salary: £90,000-£110,000 Project Value: £40m Project: Grade II Listed Refurbishment
Tribuild is seeking a Project Manager to join the team delivering a prestigious £40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.
Working alongside the senior project leadership team, you'll manage key elements of project delivery, coordinating construction, design, technical services and subcontractors.
You'll need a strong understanding of programme, quality, health & safety and stakeholder management, together with previous experience on commercial refurbishment, fit-out or complex construction projects.
Salary: £90k-£110k, dependent on experience
