About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to join their team in Oxford . This role is essential for leading diverse projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven ability to deliver complex projects efficiently in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Effectively manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience working within a hybrid work environment , managing teams and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Project Management is highly desirable.
