Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage projects (or workstreams on larger programmes) across the full lifecycle
- Act as a day-to-day client interface, supporting high-quality service delivery
- Lead coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and drive programme and design progress
- Manage project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes
- Monitor and manage cost, risk and programme performance
- Support procurement strategies and contract administration (JCT / NEC)
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors
- Contribute to bid submissions and help identify repeat business opportunities
- Support and mentor Graduate / Assistant PMs
Qualifications
- Degree qualified with relevant post-graduate experience
- Working towards or recently achieved chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB)
- Proven experience delivering projects within UK construction environment
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and governance
- Experience working with public sector clients or commercial developers
- Confident communicator with solid commercial awareness
