About the Role
Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their innovative team in Cambridge . This role involves managing a portfolio of diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to achieve project milestones, manage resources efficiently, and mitigate risks. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, required resources, budget, and schedule.
- Manage the execution of projects, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges effectively to all relevant parties.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software like Trello, Asana, or similar.
