Project Manager – Building / Construction – Refurb – Blue Light Sector Projects

Company:

Opportunity for a Project Manager to join a busy building contractor with a reputation for Blue light sector projects (Police, Fire, Health etc), with long term regional projects in the East Midlands and West Midlands.

Initial £10m+ refurb project on a police station to start on in the West Midlands.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Project Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

• - Knowledge of the Building Sector.
• - Previous employment as a Construction Manager, Build Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or equivalent.
• -Previous blue light sector projects would be ideal but not essential.
• - Previous main contractor employment history is essential.
• - Strong awareness of health and safety legislation.
• - High level of communication skills.
• - Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
