We are working with a highly regarded specialist contractor delivering bespoke, high-quality construction projects across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initial handover through to successful completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment and has experience managing complex, bespoke construction projects where attention to detail and quality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from pre-construction through to installation and final handover Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate internal teams including Commercial, Design and Site Operations Monitor budgets, project costs, variations and overall project profitability Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads effectively Identify commercial opportunities and risks throughout project delivery Produce and maintain project programmes using planning software Resolve project challenges and provide practical solutions when issues ariseRequirements
Minimum 5 years' experience within a Project Management role in the construction industry (unless considered exceptional) Experience delivering bespoke construction projects with tight tolerances and high-quality finishes Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, variations and margins Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience working alongside main contractors and understanding how construction projects are delivered Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Proficient with project planning and project management softwareDesirable
Trade or construction background Experience managing specialist or bespoke construction packages Previous experience working closely with manufacturing or production environmentsWhat's on Offer
