Project Manager - Nuclear
Location: Glasgow - 3 days on site / 2 days remote
Rate: Up to £70 per hour - Umbrella PAYE
Contract: 12 months | ASAP Start
Security: Must meet the required security clearance and nationality requirements
We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to support a major nuclear programme in Glasgow, leading projects of limited complexity and supporting the delivery of complex programmes.
Key Requirements
Extensive recent Project Management experience, ideally within nuclear, defence, engineering or major infrastructure.
Proven experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from bid through to close-out.
Strong experience across cost, schedule, risk, quality and HSE management.
Experience managing customer interfaces, stakeholders, suppliers and project teams.
Strong understanding of contract management and change control, including NEC/FIDIC/JCT environments.
Experience with project governance, reporting, project baselines and performance monitoring.
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related discipline (or equivalent).
APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ/APMP) or equivalent, ideally working towards ChPP.
IOSH Managing Safely or higher safety qualification desirable.
