The ideal candidate will enjoy variety, and will be able to switch between detailed analysis and project delivery, and is comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes. Experience working in a combined Business Analyst / Project Manager role or come from a Business analysis background or project management background. A track record of delivering projects from requirements gathering through to implementation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities. A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach. The confidence to challenge, influence and drive decisions when required.
