Job Description
We are seeking ambitious and commercially minded Project Managers to join a growing team delivering some of the UK's most high-profile and technically complex developments.
This role is ideal for professionals with a consultancy background who thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
You'll work alongside industry-leading experts, partnering with prestigious clients across a diverse portfolio of high-value developments, whilst benefiting from a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and entrepreneurial thinking.
Experience We're Looking For
We welcome applications from Project Managers with consultancy experience across one or more of the following sectors:
Commercial office developments Workplace and fit-out projects Film, TV and creative studios Sports and stadia Volumetric and modular housing Aged care and healthcare facilities Luxury residential developments Hotels and hospitality projects Mixed-use and complex regeneration schemes
Key Responsibilities
Leading projects through all stages of the project lifecycle Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders Managing programme, risk, procurement and project governance Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams Driving successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client service Supporting business development and helping to grow long-term client relationships
About You
You will be:
An experienced Project Manager from a construction consultancy environment Comfortable operating in a client-facing role with senior stakeholders A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Commercially astute and solutions focused Passionate about delivering exceptional projects Ambitious, driven and keen to develop your career within a leading consultancy environment
