Role: Project Manager
Location: Preston
Rate: £350 cis
This Project Manager’s role is with a leading fit contractor based in the Northwest.
We are looking for a site-based Project Manager for 10-week re-fit project in Preston of an industrial until/distribution centre for a well-known retailer. The works involve refitting of office space and common areas.
You will be need previous fit out experience with a main contractor and have a track record of delivering fast track schemes.
You will be responsible for leading the project on site on a day-to-day basis ensuring that all trades are co-ordinated and working to programme and budget. Due to the client specific requirement, you will also have a dedicated on site H&S Manager.
There are good opportunities for follow on projects.
A CSCS card, SMSTS and 1st are required as a minimum
