Project Manager

Project Manager required for an established Enabling Works Contractor. Project Managers will be involved indelivering complex demolition, structural alterations, temporary works, groundworks and site preparation packages for major developers and main contractors. This role reports in to the Operations Director. Project Managerswill play a key role in developing, monitoring and updating project programmes from tender through to delivery. Project Managers will need to have a strong background in RC Frame, Basements, Complex Temporary Works and Cut & Carve projects.

Project Managers will be based out of the Central London Head Office.

Project Manager Key Skills

• Deliver multi-disciplinary projects from pre-start to handover
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, to budget and required quality requirements
• Oversee site teams
• HSE Compliance
• Identify and manage critical path activities

Project Manager - Experience

• Proven experience in the Enabling Works sector
• Strong background in RC Frame, Demolition, Basements, Temporary Works, Cut & Carve
• Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
• Excellent understanding xwwtmva of construction methodology, sequencing and temporary works principles
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• £85,000 - £95,000
