Project Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join an international project team working on a major construction project in Vassa, Finland.

The ideal candidate will be based locally in Vassa. However, there is flexibility for candidates based in Helsinki, with the opportunity to work on a regular site rotation of approximately 2–3 nights per week in Vassa.

The Role

Provide commercial support throughout project delivery

Manage project costs, valuations and variations

Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance

Assist with procurement and contract management

Manage change and commercial reporting

Work closely with project managers, contractors and consultants

Support the wider commercial team to deliver strong project outcomes

About You

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects

Strong commercial and cost management skills

Good understanding of construction contracts

Confident working with project teams and external stakeholders

Strong analytical and communication skills

Finnish or wider Nordic construction experience would be advantageous

Location flexibility is available, making this an attractive opportunity for candidates already based in Finland who are looking to work on a major international project
