Project Quantity Surveyor

The Project Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Commercial Manager shall have the responsibility and authority for the administration and overseeing of all contracts assigned to QTS and shall, at a minimum:

• Provision of relevant contractual documents, standards and specifications to sub-contractors
• Ensure contracts are executed prior to implementation.
• Submission of valuations and agreement of final accounts.
• Certification of sub-contractor interim valuation.
• Approval of supplier invoices.
• Produce Cost Value Report for each project.
• Comply with all QTS company policies and procedures.
• Assist in any other aspect of the Company where required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
