Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, reporting any deviations to the project manager.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for project activities, workshops, and events.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support or project coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
