Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and financial records.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for project activities, such as venue bookings, travel arrangements, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project databases and filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support communication efforts between project stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Assist with the monitoring of project budgets and expenses.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
