Our Client

Our client, a housing association, is recruiting for a Project Worker to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This role in a 37 hour per week role, working on a 3 week rolling rota with some weekend work.

The role - Project Worker

• Provide support to individuals who have experienced homelessness and are living within temporary accommodation.
• Collaborate with external agencies and professionals around the support needs of individuals who have experienced homelessness.
• Develop and implement personalised support plans focusing on a strength based approach.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions and services provided.

The candidate

• Experience of working within supported housing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with vulnerable individuals.
• An understanding and ability to work in a trauma informed way supporting vulnerable people.
• An ability to show professional curiosity within the homelessness sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team - oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT Systems used to document information.
