About the Role

Our client is actively searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote acquisition team. This role is focused on identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable properties for investment and development purposes across the UK, with a strong emphasis on the Nottingham region. You will be responsible for initial property sourcing, conducting preliminary due diligence, and liaising with agents and owners to bring potential deals forward. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to portfolio growth from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential properties for acquisition through various channels, including online portals, agent networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market research, comparable analysis, and preliminary financial assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for the acquisitions team regarding potential property investments.
• Negotiate preliminary terms and conditions for property acquisitions.

Requirements

• Experience in property acquisition , sourcing, or a related role within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market, with knowledge of the Nottingham area being an advantage.
• Proficiency in using property search tools and databases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload effectively in a remote environment.
