About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized and diligent Property Administrator to support their busy real estate office in Derby . This role is essential for the smooth day-to-day running of the department, providing crucial administrative support to the sales and lettings teams. You will be responsible for managing databases, handling correspondence, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that all property-related documentation is accurately maintained. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a customer-focused attitude, contributing to the efficient operation of the business in Derbyshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and lettings teams.
- Manage property listings and update databases with property details and client information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries from clients and the public.
- Schedule property viewings, valuations, and client meetings.
- Prepare property particulars, marketing materials, and legal documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property or professional services sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
