Property Asset & Estates Manager (Hybrid, Lincoln)

Ashdown Group is seeking an Estates Manager / Property Asset Manager for a permanent, Lincoln-based role with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office). You will oversee a regional property portfolio and collaborate with internal and external parties on lease management, renewals and surveys.

The role focuses on asset management, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting to stakeholders on rental income and lease lifecycles.
