Property Contracts Admin - Fixed-Term Maternity Cover

West Kent Housing Association is seeking a Contract Administrator (Property) to cover maternity on a fixed-term basis in our Property Team in Sevenoaks. The role supports the Contract Officer and Senior Contract Manager, handling administrative tasks to help keep contracts running smoothly.

The position is full-time, salary GBP29,903 per annum, and fixed term for up to 9 months. You will work closely with property operations and contribute to efficient contract administration and records
