You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to bring ambitious development plans to fruition, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential property development opportunities, including site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Manage the planning application process, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee the design and construction phases, appointing and managing contractors and consultants.
• Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Market and sell completed developments, working closely with sales teams to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Significant experience in property development , ideally with a focus on residential or mixed-use schemes.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations, building codes, and construction processes.
• Excellent project management, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
• A relevant degree in construction management, property development, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based strategic planning with on-site project oversight.
